At WOOLf Pet Portraits, we take great pride in creating unique, handcrafted wool pet portraits made with love and attention to detail. Because each item is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your portrait arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@woolfpetportraits.com with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ Clear photos of the item and packaging
✔️ A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means offering small adjustments or a partial refund where applicable.
Please Note:
- Due to the handmade nature of our portraits, slight variations in color, texture, and style are expected and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
- We are not responsible for errors in submitted pet photos, name spellings, or custom details provided at checkout. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
- If your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as shipping carrier issues), we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee refunds for late deliveries.
